I appreciate the great location of the hotel. It was a short distance from the airport, about 15 to 20 minutes. The staff was very helpful, especially at the front desk. Mr Dominic.
The air conditioning in my initial room did not work properly. I contacted the front desk, and they sent an engineer. The engineer suggested a fan until a different room was available.

Breakfast included many options to suit different tastes. I noticed coffee could be taken away, a nice touch for business trips. The room service menu featured various choices, though some dishes, like the chicken wings, were not great.

My room was spacious and had a work desk and a comfortable bed. The room included good WiFi, a minibar, and tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom featured a large bathtub and a separate shower, stocked with quality toiletries.

Check-in was slow. I waited over 20 minutes, which isn't exactly thrilling after a long trip.. then, i discovered the room i booked, a king room, was pretty basic, nothing special for the price. the real kicker, though, was the language barrier. I struggled to communicate simple requests. it seems a 5-star hotel might invest in more multilingual staff..

I stayed in the beautiful king room. the bed felt comfy and large. I melted right into it. the hotel provided crabtree & evelyn toiletries. A small luxury i appreciated. i found a couple of 7-11s and local places to eat just next door. Super convenient.
The gym could use a little updating. It felt a touch old.

The staff provided excellent service, especially at the front desk. Breakfast had many options and suited various tastes. I particularly appreciated the convenient Canton Fair transfer service, which ran at different times.

The room was spacious and well equipped with a multi-channel TV and reliable Wi-Fi. A minibar, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe were available and very useful. I had the best sleep on a super-comfortable bed.

the location was central it was easy to get around the city. The staff were friendly and efficient from check-in to room service. The room was clean with comfortable beds. I found several restaurants within walking distance offering various cuisines.
the gym equipment felt a little dated and could use some maintenance or upgrades.
